近几十年来,全球肺癌的发病率和病死率迅速上升,新技术的出现为早期肺癌的治疗提供了一些新的手段,但因缺乏大样本、多中心、前瞻性的研究数据,所以尚未被定为标准的治疗方式。因此,外科手术仍是早期肺癌首选的治疗方式。可是,随着其他治疗方式逐渐向外科治疗发起挑战,这势必推动外科治疗各方面的发展和改变,实现Ⅰ期周围型肺癌患者的微创化、精准化外科治疗才是未来发展的关键。

The incidence and fatality rate of lung cancer has risen rapidly in recent decades all over the world ,and the emergence of new technologies has provided some new tools for the treatment of early lung cancer ,which has not yet been defined as a standard treatment due to the lack of large sample ,multi-center and prospective research data .As a result ,surgery is still the first treatment for early lung cancer . However , as other treatments gradually challenging surgical treatment , which is bound to promote the development and change of surgical treatment ,it is the key to future development that patients of stage I peripheral lung cancer could get minimally invasive and accurate surgical treatment .
