肋骨骨折是胸部钝性损伤最常见的形式。肋骨多处骨折是创伤严重程度的重要指标,随着肋骨骨折数量的增加,尤其是老年人肋骨骨折的发病率和死亡率不断上升。在急性情况下,正确认识胸廓损伤的类型、范围和严重程度,有助于更准确地治疗胸部损伤。

Rib fractures are the most common form of blunt chest injuries.Multiple fractures of ribs areimportant indicators of trauma severity.As the cases of rib fractures increases,especially the incidence and mortality of rib fractures in the elderly continue to rise,a correct understanding of the type,extent and severity of thoracic injuries can help to treat chest injuries more accurately in acute cases.
