肺上沟区域狭小，解剖结构复杂。肺尖部支气管肺癌或其它肿瘤浸润性生长容易侵犯周围血管，神经，骨等组织。本文以肺上沟瘤为例，结合手术发展历程，分析胸廓入口解剖特点，评述颈胸交界处肿瘤手术难点，对未来肺上沟瘤治疗模式进行展望。

The anatomical structure of superior sulcus is complex. The invasive growth of lung cancer or other tumors in apex of the lung often invade the surrounding blood vessels, nerves, bone and other tissues. In this review, we take superior pulmonary sulcus tumor as an example to discuss the development of surgery, summarize the thoracic inlet anatomy and surgical difficulties, and prospect the future treatment patterns of superior pulmonary sulcus tumor.
