发展新技术和不断扩大手术创新一直是胸外科的标志之一,胸腔镜手术的开展正是视角转变的范例,使微创技术成为胸外科的常规术式。基于此,以达芬奇机器人为代表的机器人辅助胸外科手术正接近主流实践并且已经得到广泛应用。多项前瞻性临床研究结果证实机器人手术在手术效能、淋巴结清扫以及复杂胸部手术方面较胸腔镜更具优势。本文分析了机器人手术系统在胸外科手术的发展现状并展望其在胸外科的未来发展前景。

The embracing of new technology and expanding surgical innovation has been one of the hallmarks of thoracic surgery. The adoption of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery was the paradigm of perspective changing, which enabled minimally invasive technique as routine approach in thoracic surgery. From this foundation, robotic surgery, represented by Davinci robot, is approaching mainstream practice and has been widely performed in thoracic surgery. Several prospective clinical trials have demonstrated the advantages of robotic surgery over conventional thoracoscopic surgery in terms of surgical efficiency, lymph node dissection and complex thoracic surgery. This article aims to summarize the application status of robotic surgery, and its future development in thoracic surgery is prospected.
