微小核糖核酸(miRNA)是一类新近发现的非编码小RNA分子,参与人体一系列的生理和病理过程,miRNA的表达异常可起到癌基因或抑癌基因的作用,对肿瘤的发生、发展有着重要的作用。肺癌发病率高、预后较差,是危害人类健康的重要恶性肿瘤。近年的研究表明,血液miRNA参与肺癌的发生、发展及治疗等诸多过程。

Objective

MicroRNA (miRNA) is a newly discovered family of non-coding small RNAs, which are involved in a series of human physiological and pathological processes. The abnormal expression of miRNA may serve as oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes for tumor occurrence and development. Lung cancer has a high incidence and poor prognosis, which is an important cancer hazard to human health. Recent studies have revealed that blood miRNA may participate in the development and treatment of lung cancer.
