肺移植是治疗晚期肺实质和肺血管疾病的最佳选择,也是延长患者生存期和提高生活质量的重要干预措施。过去的几十年中,在一些欧美国家肺移植研究迅速发展。体外肺灌注(EVLP)作为一种现代的肺移植供肺保护技术,能够评估供肺情况并改善供肺质量,将评估后的高危供肺成功移植,从而也安全地增加了供体数量。该文就EVLP技术在肺移植领域的最新研究应用进展进行综述。

Developed rapidly in some European and American countries over the past decades, lung transplantation has been accepted as the best therapy that improves the survival and quantity of life for selected patients with end-stage lung or pulmonary vascular diseases. Ex vivo lung perfusion(EVLP) has emerged as a modern preservation technique that allows for more accurate lung assessment and also improvement of lung quality. Its application in high risk donor lungs has led to safe and substantial expansion of the donor pool. This paper reviews the growing development of EVLP application in lung transplantation.
