Progress of surgical treatment for lung cancer

Abstract:

Surgical treatment is an important part of the comprehensive treatment of lung cancer. From traditional thoracotomy to VATS, from multiple incisions to single incision, surgical methods and incisions are developing in a more minimally invasive way. With advances in equipment and technology, as well as the maturity and the standardization of surgical operation, the surgery treatment indications of lung cancer continue to expand. With the introduction of precision medicine and the improvement of clinical trial data, it will be an important content and research direction of surgical treatment to choose different surgical procedures, resection range and lymphadenectomy for patients with lung cancer of different stages.
