Current status and progress of closed thoracic drainage management after lung cancer operation

Abstract:

With the increasing number of patients undergoing lung cancer surgery and the development of rapid rehabilitation concept,the management of closed thoracic drainage after surgery has gained attention by medical personnel.However,most of the current management plans are based on the experience and habits of clinical staff,lacking evidence.This article mainly describes and analyzes the status and progress of closed thoracic drainage management after lung cancer surgery ,including common drainage devices,whether negative pressure suction is required, and the criteria and methods for removing chest tubes.
