巨细胞瘤（giant cell tumor，GCT）是一种良性但局部具有侵袭性的间质来源肿瘤，其特征是单核细胞基质背景中破骨细胞多核巨细胞的增殖[1]。GCT多发生于长管状骨的干骨骺区，很少累及胸骨[2]。手术切除是胸骨GCT主要治疗方法。但当胸骨缺损较大时，呼吸功能容易受到严重影响，故常需要重建胸廓，这也是手术治疗中的重点和难点。本文报告了1例胸骨GCT的切除及胸骨重建、病理结果及预后转归，以期为胸骨GCT的诊治提供参考。
